Clifton S. Thomas, CPA, has been working as a tax and accounting specialist since 1972 and in the Bay Area specifically since 1978. His firm specializes in financial services for small business and foreign-owned business, and in estate, trust and investment accounting. Additionally, Mr. Thomas has served as an expert witness in accounting for legal proceedings. Over the years, Mr. Thomas has also developed a particular expertise in fiduciary returns and estate returns.

With an extensive background in banking as a financial analyst for Crocker National Bank, now Wells Fargo Bank, and as a Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Thomas brings an in-depth understanding of broker's statements, securities and trading matters to his firm's clients--experience over and above most CPAs' qualifications.

Mr. Thomas guarantees his service to his clients. His client base ranges from estate & trust attorneys to mid-sized international corporations and many small businesses offering a diversity of services.

Mr. Thomas brings to the firm an M.B.A. degree in finance, as well as a M.S. in taxation from Golden Gate University, the Bay Area's pre-eminent business school. He is both a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of CPA's, and the SF Chapter of the Financial Planners Association. Mr. Thomas keeps up-to-date on tax and accounting rules and regulations with continuing education, which is required to maintain his professional licenses.

Mr. Thomas enjoys sharing his abundant wisdom and energy with the community in which he lives. He served 3 years as Treasurer of the San Francisco Elks Lodge #3, the oldest lodge in the nation. He helps this fraternal organization support charities such as Rose Resnick Lighthouse for the Blind, and veteran and youth activities. He also served as Treasurer for the San Francisco City Chapter of Business Networking International.

Susie received a B.S. degree in accounting from Iowa State University in May 2003.
